Lisa Tingle Director and Founder of Seaside Dance Academy, is an award winning dancer,
instructor and choreographer with more than 27 years of professional experience. Lisa began her professional training
with the Wilkes Barre Ballet Theater Company while still in high school. She was one of the elite students chosen for
the Governor’s School of the Arts, which such talented performers as actor Kevin Bacon attended. Lisa earned
a bachelor of arts degree with a major in dance from Point Park College in Pittsburgh, one of the top art schools in the nation,
where she trained under the Pittsburgh Ballet’s artistic directors Roberto Munzo, Doug Bentz (once a member of George
Balanchine’s Company) and Judith Leifer (of the Martha Graham Company). Lisa has performed or worked with many
other acclaimed professionals, including Francisca Corkle and members of the Joffrey Ballet. She also danced with the performance
troupe of New York City Ballet’s Cynthia Gregory. In 1995, Lisa was chosen for the NFL’s Washington Redskins
dance team. While a “Redskinette,” she received the Rookie of the Year and Best Technique awards. Additionally,
she was chosen as a soloist for the Washington Redskins traveling show troupe and performed around the country for Marine
and Army bases and charity organizations. Now a longtime Worcester Countian, Lisa taught dance at several Eastern Shore
schools before opening her own studio in 2001. She also has coached local high school cheerleaders and trained performers
for Frontier Town.

Meagen Walsh has been dancing since since she was little. Meagen started with Flossie Vogel’s
School of Dance in Roxanna, DE. at the age of eight. Meagen was a member of their traveling dance company and performed
annually at Company Dance in Washington D.C. Meagen later joined the competitive dance team under the direction of Lisa Tingle.
Meagen grew very close to Lisa and her team members over her four years on competitive team. She graduated Worcester
prep School in 2002 and continued her study of dance at Winthrop University. Meagen joined the Seaside Staff four years ago
and has loved every minute. Thanks to former teammate Katy Malone, Meagen attended the Dance Teacher Conference in New
York this year. Meagen had the opportunity to take classes from Shiela Parker, Greg Russell and Rhonda Miller. Meagen
is currently attending WorWic Community College and Salisbury University to receive her bachelors in Business Economics.

Adrianne Showell began her dance training under the direction of Lisa Tingle more than thirteen
years ago. She danced competitively during her high school years, participating in many workshops and studying with top choreographers.
Adrianne attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, NC where she was a member of the Wake Forest Dance Company and
the Wake Forest Dance Team. While on the Dance Team, she performed at many Division I football and basketball games including
the Orange Bowl with the Deacs in Miami in 2007. Adrianne graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor
in Dance. She is currently working for the Worcester County Health Department’s Case Management Unit working with
youth and families in the community.

Lori Pauling began her dance training more than 15 years ago. Her training includes, modern,
jazz, ballet, pointe, lyrical, tap, and irish. She has competed in local, national, and international competitions, receiving numerous
top awards. She has studied with top choreographers at Steps and Broadway Dance Center in NYC. Lori is currently attending
Salisbury University and studing Fine Arts where she is also a member of Salisbury University Dance Company and teaching at
Seaside Dance Academy.
